Deposit Payment

Kindly place your Deposit ($28) + Surcharge (if applicable) accordingly.

Cancellation

Strictly no refund of Deposit ($28) regardless of any reasons. Only the surcharge (if applicable) will be refunded.

No-show

Deposit + Surcharge (if applicable) will be forfeited.

Rescheduling

Any rescheduling should be made at least 5 days before your appointment date. *Additional surcharge might be incurred.

Punctuality

There is a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive after this, your Deposit ($28) will automatically be forfeited as a late fee.
