Manicure Terms & Conditions 📋

  • A non-refundable $20 SGD deposit is required to secure your appointment (This deposit will be offset from your final bill).
  • This deposit will be forfeited for cancellation or no-show.
  • This deposit will be forfeited if customers are late for 10 minutes.
  • Additional $20 will be charged if customers are late for 20 minutes.
    • Customers are entitled to a one-time change to reschedule their appointment to another date or time.
    • Customers are not allowed to reschedule 3 days before their appointment.
    • No companion is allowed unless they also have an appointment (only applicable for our Upper East Coast home studio)

     

    Workshops Terms & Conditions 📋

    • All workshop fees are not refundable and not exchangeable into store credits for Manicure Services.

    *Should there be any request for change of dates due to unforeseen circumstances after the workshop fee has been paid, feel free to DM us @doo.nail on Instagram! We will arrange another date for you :)
